Before any customer hires us, we take the time and explain the process very thoroughly, including any and all partial refunds. However, if any of the existing customers refuse to follow our policies or guidelines and in fact purposelessly attempt to spread misinformation and/or attempt to threaten us in any way – we resort to a 100% withholding of a refund until further notice.
