We do NOT recommend submitting a 30 or 60 days notice with your landlord.  This could lead to you paying your landlord a lease break penalty, due to the fact that he/she may find a tenant on your behalf, which is counterproductive to hiring us to do this job for you. This would eventually result in an 80% or even a 50% refund policy, depending on the circumstances. Please consult with our representative before submitting official Notice to Vacate to your landlord.
