We take the time and explain the process thoroughly, including any and all partial refunds to any prospect or existing customer. If at any time, a prospect or existing customer refuses to follow our policies or guidelines and/or purposelessly attempt to spread misinformation via fake reviews or attempt to threaten us in any way - we resort to a 100% withholding of a refund until further notice.

Our Policy Toward Children

The Site is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
